Warren E. Rollins

Warren E. “Wally” Rollins, 96, a lifelong resident of Nashua, died peacefully on February 26, 2018.

He was born in Nashua on July 26, 1922, a son of the late Irvine and Edith (LaFlamme) Rollins.

Mr. Rollins was the widower Mildred R. (Bowden) Rollins. They shared over 69 years of marriage before her passing in 2015.

Mr. Rollins was a carpenter in the Nashua area until his retirement in 1970. Following his retirement, he worked for Salem High School in the Vocational Building Trades department. He also was a substitute teacher at Pennichuck Middle School.

He was a WWII veteran of the United States Army.

Mr. Rollins is remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and David Barlow; his distant son, Wayne Rollins of Virginia; his daughter-in-law, Marcia Rollins; five grandchildren and their spouses, Dr. Jane Barlow Roy and her husband Adam, Dr. Anne Barlow Barry and her husband John, Kate Barlow Gleason and her husband Travis, Jay Rollins and his wife April and Patrick Rollins and his wife Cheryl; 12 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A Funeral Service will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM. His family will receive friends at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME on Saturday, March 10, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM . Friends and family are invited to attend. Interment prayers, military honors and burial will follow at Edgewood

Cemetery.
