Harold Fellbaum, Jr., age 88, passed away on August 20, 2016, while resting peacefully at Hospice House in Williamsburg.

Harold is survived by his companion of many years, Eleanor Harris; his son, William Fellbaum and his wife, Phyllis, and their daughters, Mariah and Olivia; his daughter, Jean Hoffer and her husband, Robert, and their children, Nathaniel, Abigail and Rebecca; his granddaughters, Claudia DeChristoforo and her fiance, Daniel Silva and Sarah Nelson and her husband, Daniel and their son, Henry; and many other friends and loved ones.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold Sr. and Olive; his wife, Judith; and his daughter, Barbara Paul.

Harold was born on May 26, 1928 in Manchester, New Hampshire to Harold and Olive Fellbaum. He attended Bedford Elementary School and Manchester High School. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 1950 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration. He pursued an MBA at the University of Minnesota while working for the International Silver Company. Harold was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War.

Harold became an Eastern Sales Manager for the International Silver Company before joining Mikasa as a Sales Manager. He was one of the Founders and the Senior Vice President of the R.A. Holstein Marketing Corporation in New York City. He later joined Marrick Associates of Philadelphia as Partner and Executive Vice President before being appointed the Director and Executive Vice President of the Towle Silver Company.

Harold was a member of numerous corporate and non-profit boards as well as social and civic organizations throughout his life. He was proud of his accomplishments working with the New York Incentive Club and the Nashua, NH Taxpayers Association, for which he served as a Board Member and Vice President. Harold was a long time member of the BPOE (Elks) and served as a State Trustee and New Jersey District Deputy to the National Organization. He was active in fundraising for various organizations and loved coaching little league football and baseball as his children grew up in New Jersey.

Harold had been residing in Williamsburg, VA for the past 15 years and had been a dedicated member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church. He has been able to touch the lives of many in this area, including his grandchildren, his late daughter and so many friends and caregivers that came to know him near the end of his life.

Harold will be fondly remembered as a loving father, husband and friend. He cared deeply about his church and faith in God. He always had a quick wit and a sharp sense of humor. He will be dearly missed, but we are glad that he has gone to a better place with loved ones that he has been longing to see again.

Private funeral services are being held for family and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Faith in Action, PAA, or Hospice House.

The family would like to say a special thank you to those who cared for Harold at Riverside Hospital and Hospice House as well as his friends and caregivers at PAA and Comfort Keepers.

Harry was one of a kind and will be missed deeply. We love you Dad. Poppi. Harry.
