3rd man found in Berlin shootings
BERLIN (AP) — The New Hampshire Attorney General’s office says a man who ran from a shooting in Berlin that left one man dead and another injured has been found.
New Hampshire Attorney General Michael Delaney said the investigation is still ongoing and no one has been charged. The man’s name was not released.
Authorities said three men entered the apartment of 33-year-old Robert Burrill and 29-year-old Samantha Burns the night of Nov. 23, intending to rob the couple. There was a struggle and multiple gunshots were fired, killing one of the intruders, 23-year-old Nathan Stringfield.
Police said 28-year-old Christhian Bodillo also was shot and was hospitalized. The third man ran away.
