Driver accused of 118 mph speed in 65 mph zone

GRANTHAM (AP) – A Massachusetts driver has been accused in New Hampshire of driving 118 miles an hour in a 65-mph speed zone.

Adel Malek of Weston was stopped by a trooper on Sunday afternoon in Grantham on Interstate 89 after the vehicle’s speed was clocked by aircraft.

The 48-year-old Malek was taken into custody on a reckless driving charge and was later released on bail.
