Brown to be endorsed by Ayotte, former gov.

NASHUA – Former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown’s campaign in New Hampshire is getting a boost from several top Republicans.

Brown, who is seeking the GOP nomination for the Senate seat currently held by Democrat Jeanne Shaheen, will be endorsed Tuesday by U.S. Sen. Kelly Ayotte and former Govs. Craig Benson and Steve Merrill. In an email to supporters Monday, Ayotte calls Brown a friend and proven leader who listen to his constituents and find commonsense solutions to reduce the nation’s debt and repeal the president’s health care overhaul law. ...
