Health care rate info to be available earlier

The New Hampshire Insurance Department says contrary to a report saying the state is publicly releasing rates Jan. 1, 2015, consumers will, in fact, have access to that information much sooner.

The state Insurance Department says open enrollment for the New Hampshire Marketplace plans begins Nov. 15, and premium information will be available to individual consumers through healthcare.gov on or before that date.
