By Staff | Jun 19, 2019

This artist’s rendering showcases the current plan for the planned $15.5 million downtown Nashua Performing Arts Center. This space is currently home to the former Alec’s Shoes store. On Tuesday, The New Hampshire Community Development Finance Authority announced $5 million in tax credits to projects throughout the state. One of these credits is in the amount of $367,500 to the city of Nashua toward the planned $15.5 million Performing Arts Center. ‘I am pleased CDFA saw fit to make such an award. This is a wonderful development that will help move this project forward,’ Mayor Jim Donchess said.
