Man arrested for alleged criminal threatening
NASHUA – At 9:40 p.m. Saturday, officers arrested John Wilcox, 47, of Nashua, on a felony charge of criminal threatening.
An officer on patrol allegedly witnessed a man brandishing a cutting tool and threatening two people as they walked to their vehicle in the Pearson Avenue parking lot. Officers learned this was a random incident, as it is not believed the parties knew Wilcox. No one was injured during the event.
This felony charge is punishable by up to seven years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Wilcox refused bail and was held at the Hillsborough County Department of Corrections, pending arraignment.
