Arlington Street man charged with theft

NASHUA – At 2 p.m. Monday, officers arrested Shawn Goodwin, 31, of 35 Arlington St., for a felony count of theft by unauthorized taking.

On Nov. 29, officers made contact with the owner of Five Star FFE, located at 100 Factory St., for a report of a theft. Officers learned that during a six-month period of time, Goodwin stole multiple items from the store and sold them for a profit.

This felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Goodwin’s bail was set at $5,000 personal recognizance. He is scheduled for arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Dec. 20.
