By Staff | Nov 8, 2018

NASHUA – On Monday, officers arrested John Scott Tully, 50, of Littleton, Massachusetts, on one felony count of theft. Tully turned himself in at the Nashua Police Department without incident.

On July 26, officers responded to a report of a theft at a tire shop on Daniel Webster Highway. After investigation, officers believed someone took $7,900 from the business. They eventually came to the belief that Tully took the money.

This felony is punishable by up to 15 years imprisonment, exclusive of fines. Tully was released on personal recognizance and is scheduled to be arraigned at the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on Nov. 15.
