Tree falls on Concord Street

By Katherine Glosser - Staff Writer | Oct 13, 2018

Nashua Parks & Recreation Department workers collect what remains of a tree that fell Friday afternoon on Concord Street. Traffic was directed by a police officer while the tree was dealt with by workers from the Nashua Parks and Recreation Forestry Unit. Department foreman Paul Haskell said the tree likely fell because of the rain, combined with its age. Haskell said no utilities were damaged by the fallen tree, nor were there any injuries.
