Grand jury hands up indictments
Allegations include child porn possession, sexual assault, wiretapping and drug offenses
NASHUA – A man from Maine has been reindicted on a series of sexual assault charges, while a Milford resident is in a similar situation on allegations he distributed images showing children engaging in various sexually explicit conduct, according to the list of indictments handed up Thursday in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
The two are among various suspects for whom the grand jury returned indictments in its September term.
The Maine man, Randall Cook, 64, of 22 Eaton Drive in Waterville, was indicted on eight counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, which are classified as extended term felonies.
He is accused of engaging in various sex acts, including intercourse, with a female who was “physically helpless to resist due to an intoxicating substance,” on Sept. 22, 2017, in Hudson.
Meanwhile, Milford resident William Hatheway, 28, of 96 Powers St., Apt. 184, faces three counts each of distribution of child sex abuse images, special felonies, and possession of child sex abuse images, Class A felonies.
Hatheway was charged with the offenses on Feb. 22, 2017, in Milford.
Also among the September indictments issued are those for these individuals:
Justin Levasseur, 27, of 28 Currier Road, Pelham — Two counts of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon; one count each, second-degree
assault – strangulation; reckless conduct – deadly weapon; and felon in possession of a deadly weapon, for allegedly pulling a family member out of bed, dragging her upstairs while holding a black powder gun, strangling her, pointing the gun at her, and verbalizing “don’t fight it,” on July 2 in Pelham.
Devin Quinn, 22, of 8 Griffin Lane, Litchfield. One count of aggravated driving under the influence – collision resulting with serious bodily injury, a felony, for allegedly driving a vehicle on Kienia Road in Hudson while under the influence and crashing the vehicle, causing serious bodily injury to a male passenger, on Aug. 28, 2017.
Christopher Rosati, 26, of no fixed address, Nashua. Five counts of burglary, felonies; one count theft – amount $1,501 or greater, felony, for allegedly burglarizing two businesses in Merrimack and two in Nashua, and stealing a motor vehicle in Merrimack, on July 11, 17 and 23.
Douglas Solberg, 46, of 47 Dorchester Way, Nashua. One count of witness tampering – induce another, felony, for allegedly attempting to induce an individual to withhold testimony or information by stating that if she did not “drop the case,” he would reveal her history as a call girl and her alleged fraudulent activity with Comcast, on June 25 in Nashua.
Brittney Bellino, 25, of 92 1/2 Tolles St., Nashua. One count each of wiretapping and conspiracy to commit wiretapping, felonies, for allegedly agreeing with Zachary Madison to record a conversation with an individual without his knowledge or permission, and acting in concert with Madison to record the conversation, between February and June 2017 in Nashua.
Zachary Madison, 27, of no fixed address, Nashua. One count each of wiretapping and conspiracy to commit wiretapping, felonies, for allegedly agreeing with Brittney Bellino to record a conversation with an individual without his knowledge or permission, and acting in concert with Bellino to “willfully transmit the … recording to a lawyer to use in the defense of a charge Bellino was facing,” on Feb. 1, 2017, in Nashua.
Ryan Webber, 30, of 14 Chamberlain St., Greenville. Five counts of the sale of controlled drug, felonies, for allegedly selling the controlled drug fentanyl to an individual working with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Street Crime Task Force on July 10, 11, 18 and 25 in Milford.
Samuel Galberth, 41, of 1130 State St., New Haven, Connecticut. One count each of possession of crack cocaine in amount greater than five grams, and possession of cocaine, felonies; and one count, falsifying physical evidence, felony, for allegedly possessing the drugs and discarding a rubber condom containing 35 individual bags of cocaine and crack cocaine onto the side of a road in an effort to impair a police investigation, on June 28, in Nashua.
Patrick Sleeper, 27, of 64 Blossom St., Nashua. Four counts of the sale of a controlled drug, felonies, for allegedly selling quantities of the controlled drug Suboxone to another person on June 6, 11, 21 and 27 in Nashua.
