Nashua man arrested for indecent exposure
NASHUA – Police arrested a Nashua man Saturday night for alleged indecent exposure and lewdness.
Police responded to a call Friday night that Shalek, 30, had acted inappropriately toward a juvenile who was known to him, police said. A warrant was issued for his arrest as a result of an investigation.
The felonious charge for indecent exposure is punishable by up to seven years in state prison. Shalek was released on a $2,500 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment in the ninth circuit district court on May 3.
