Five more nabbed on various drug charges

Police conduct another Granite Shield operation to address opioid crisis

NASHUA – Members of the Nashua Police Department participated in another Granite Shield Operation Saturday, arresting five individuals on various drug crimes and crimes associated with drug activity.

Sarah Coburn, 30, of Biddeford, Maine, was arrested and charged with one count of sale of controlled drug, heroin, and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She is being held on $25,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled to be arraigned today.

Anthony Rivera, 31, of Dracut, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with one count of

possession of a controlled drug in excess of five grams, heroin, and endangering the welfare of a child. He faces enhanced penalties due to having in excess of five grams of heroin. He was released on $2,500 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 3.

Mallory Nooks, 30, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with one count of sale of controlled drug, crack cocaine, one count of possession of a controlled drug with the intent to distribute, crack cocaine, in excess of five grams, and felonious use of a firearm. She will face enhanced penalties for having in excess of five grams of crack cocaine. She is being held on $75,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment today.

Arnetta Harris, 58, of Fitchburg, Massachusetts, was arrested and charged with one count of sale of a controlled drug, crack cocaine, and one count of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Harris was held on $30,000 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment today.

Jacob Thomas, 25, of Nashua, was arrested and charged with one count of possession of controlled drug, heroin, and one count of possession of a controlled drug, Suboxone. He was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment on May 3.
