Queen city woman arrested
Suspect facing multiple charges for leaving alleged crime scene
MERRIMACK – A Manchester woman who was found passed out in a vehicle with a needle in her arm fled the Queen City before being apprehended in Merrimack.
A Manchester Police officer was checking the condition of Angela Tremblay, 32, who was parked in a vehicle on Montcalm Street around 8 a.m. Friday when he observed a needle in her arm. He woke her up and asked her to exit the vehicle. According to the officer’s report, Tremblay then directed the vehicle toward him and sped away. The officer reported that he had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit by her car, losing sight of her as she fled the scene. The officer was not injured. Tremblay then made her way to Merrimack, where she was later arrested.
Merrimack Police were able to locate Tremblay and her vehicle in the parking lot of a hotel a short time later. She also is likely facing charges from the Merrimack Police Department.
After being arrested in Merrimack, Tremblay was transported to Manchester Police headquarters and booked on the following charges: aggravated operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless conduct, resisting arrest/detention and disobeying a police officer. At this time there is no court information available.
