NASHUA – The prosecutor in the ongoing Superior Court cases of Merrimack resident Clint DePalmer convinced a judge on Monday to send DePalmer to State Prison for allegedly violating the conditions of a suspended 1-2 year term.

DePalmer, 37, whose court documents list addresses of 10 Griffin St. in Merrimack and 11 Royal Lane in Londonderry, will now await his two upcoming trials behind bars, where he must participate meaningfully in any counseling, education or treatment programs as recommended by prison officials, according to the sentencing order.

DePalmer, who has racked up a series of charges over the past two years, was most recently indicted in January on two counts of theft for allegedly stealing power tools and a trailer from a Merrimack storage facility in May 2017.

As it stands now, the first of DePalmer’s two trials is on one count each of possession of a controlled drug and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a knife.

A trial management conference is scheduled for June 8, with jury selection on June 18.

The other, according to court documents, involves three counts of possession of a controlled drug, and one Class A misdemeanor count of driving with a suspended license.

The trial management conference is set for June 29, with jury selection on July 9.
