New defense attorney argues that original legal counsel was ineffective

NASHUA – The new attorney for Jonathan Marden, the Nashua man convicted in September on a felony rape charge, suggested Thursday that Marden’s trial lawyer may have erred by not objecting to certain lines of witness questioning and by deciding against filing motions that may have helped Marden’s case.
