Judge grants PR bail, implores suspect to seek drug treatment

NASHUA – The attorney representing Kimberly Barchard, a 33-year-old Nashua woman arrested on felony drug-related charges at a traffic stop Tuesday, told a Superior Court judge Wednesday that Barchard knows she needs help and is willing to resume getting drug and mental health treatment if she can get out of jail.
