NASHUA – The objection by the defense to the state’s recent motion to exclude certain video evidence in the case of the Massachusetts state trooper charged with assaulting a pursuit suspect last year in Nashua has set the stage for a Sept. 19 hearing in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
