POLICE: Hudson man faces DWI charges after driving wrong way on Everett Turnpike

NASHUA – A Hudson man has been arrested after police said he was driving down the wrong side of the F.E. Everett Turnpike. Police said the man’s blood alcohol content was two times the legal limit.

State police said around 1:30 a.m. Saturday, they received multiple calls regarding a wrong-way driver traveling north in the southbound lane of the Everett Turnpike, in Nashua.

Trooper Juan Infante, of Troop B, responded to the area and located the vehicle, a press release said. He attempted to stop the vehicle as it continued traveling north past Exits 7 and 8. According to the report, the vehicle did not immediately yield to Infante, but he was ultimately able to stop the vehicle.

The driver, Mark A. Ledoux, 47, of Hudson, was charged with driving while intoxicated. He will be in arraigned in Nashua Court in July.
