Milford woman hurt in Stoddard car crash

A Milford woman was injured Wednesday morning in a single-car accident in the town of Stoddard.

Alcohol and speed both appear to be factors in this crash, according to state police, and it is anticipated that charges will be forthcoming.

Lesley Mouradian, 24, was the passenger in a 1997 Honda Accord when the driver lost control on Route 123 south and left the roadway, rolling over several times, according to state police.

The driver, Eric Mays, 24, of Hancock, and Mouradian were both transported by helicopter to the Dartmouth Medical Center in Lebanon.

A second passenger was pronounced dead on the scene. His identity is being withheld, pending notification of next of kin.

Police responded to the accident about 12:57 a.m. Wednesday.

The crash resulted in the closure of Route 123 south for about four hours.

Anyone with information about the accident is asked to contact trooper Sean Eaton at the Troop C State Police Barracks in Keene at 223-8494.
