By Staff | Jun 24, 2019

NASHUA – The board of directors of Silverstone Living recently announce the appointment of Brian Newman as chief executive officer of Silverstone Living.

Newman will be replacing Peter Warecki, who will be retiring on June 28 after 20 years with the organization.

After a national search, Kevin Halloran, chairperson of Silverstone Living, said, “We are so pleased to have selected Brian from among the many outstanding candidates brought forward. Brian’s most recent experience as vice president of operations at Courville Communities in Manchester positions him to be well suited to meet the future at Silverstone Living.”

Holding various executive positions, most recently Newman has overseen the four Courville Communities management operations. He has been the project manager for several construction projects bringing them to successful conclusions. In addition, Brian has been responsible for employing strategic planning initiatives to develop multi-year plans for renovations, clinical programming, resident and employee satisfaction.

Looking forward to his new role, Newman said, “I want to thank the Silverstone board of directors for their confidence in me, and I look forward to joining this team as we will build on the successes and traditions of Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua and At Home By Hunt.”

Newman resides in Danville, New Hampshire, with his wife Laurie and their two sons.

Silverstone Living, Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua and At Home By Hunt are not-for- profit Senior Life Plan programs located in Nashua.
