Fulcrum Associates creates new position to foster growth
AMHERST – Fulcrum Associates, a leading construction management firm in southern New Hampshire, hired Thomas Howard as the company’s first Vice President of Business Development. In this role, Howard is responsible for leading the business development team in creating and executing sales and marketing plans that support Fulcrum’s long-terms goals for internal growth, building on its existing portfolio within key markets and identifying emerging market opportunities within New Hampshire and throughout New England.

Fulcrum has among the highest rates of returning customers in the industry with a proven track record for delivering projects safely, reliably, on time and within budget. The company is staffed with a diverse and advanced skillset, including the only full-time, construction management in-house MEP manager in New Hampshire. It also utilizes advanced technology such as Procore project management software, and its own registered, proprietary pre-construction service, giving Fulcrum a strong position to continue expanding its project portfolio.

Howard joins Fulcrum with more than 21 years of experience in senior-level sales and business development management positions throughout New England and New Jersey. Most recently, Howard was the Vice President of Business Development at John Turner Consulting, and previous positions include Business Development Specialist for Polygon U.S., Director of The Marketing Effect, Business Development Manager for Trumbull-Nelson, and Director of Business Development for Engelberth Construction, Inc. Howard, a resident of Newmarket, New Hampshire, is a graduate of New England College and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Plan NH, the Maine Real Estate & Development Association and the Society for Marketing Professional Services Northern New England.
