Local businesses are nominated for Souhegan awards

AMHERST – The Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce has announced that several local businesses have been nominated for the annual business awards.

“Discovering the Ingenuity Within the Souhegan Valley” is the theme of the 27th annual Business Awards and Dinner for the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce.

The chamber takes this opportunity once a year to recognize the many wonderful businesses and the contributions of our community members through awards.

Nominations in four categories are received from members and nonmembers alike.

Businesses are nominated based on their involvement in Greater Souhegan Valley as volunteers, supporting the efforts of local charities and nonprofit organizations, and for being businesses held in high regard for their business practices.
