On May 28, uniform officers responded to an address on Shedds Avenue for the report of a theft. An investigation conducted by the Criminal Investigation Division led to a warrant for Charland’s arrest. He was arrested Saturday, police said.

Charland was held on $ 20,000 cash or surety bail pending an arraignment at Nashua District Court scheduled for Wednesday, police said.
