Hudson man uninjured, but arrested following Highland Street crash
HUDSON – A man was unharmed in a Highland Street crash Tuesday night but found himself arrested soon afterward.
Stephen Hudon, 41, of Hudson, is charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, and driving at an unreasonable speed, police said.
He was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is scheduled to be arraigned May 24 in Nashua district court.
Police responded to Highland Street for a report of a single vehicle accident Tuesday at 8:18 p.m.
Police discovered a 1998 Ford F-150 pickup on its side on the eastbound side of the road. An investigation showed the driver of the vehicle, Hudon, was traveling westbound on Highland Street when he lost control of the truck, which rolled onto its side before coming to a rest on the opposite side of the road, police said.
Although not wearing a seatbelt, Hudon wasn’t injured, police said. He was arrested at the scene.
