Fuller Oil executive facing sexual assault charges in Hudson
HUDSON – An executive at Fred Fuller Oil & Propane is facing charges of sexual assault stemming from a July incident.
Frederick Fuller, 64, of Manchester, surrendered himself to Hudson police last week after they issued a warrant for his arrest.
Fuller allegedly fondled an unknown victim in July at the company headquarters at 12 Tracy Lane, according to Hudson Police Chief Jason Lavoie.
Fuller is charged with sexual assault, forcible fondling, a misdemeanor charge. He turned himself in April 19, and was released on $2,500 personal recognizance, Lavoie said. Fuller is scheduled to appear May 3 in Nashua District Court.
