Manchester officer released from hospital three weeks after shooting
MANCHESTER – Manchester Police Officer Dan Doherty, who was shot four times last month, was released from the hospital Friday, according to WMUR-TV.
Doherty, who was struck in the lower leg and midsection, according to police reports, had remained at Manchester’s Catholic Medical Center since the March 21 incident, on Wayne Street in the city’s west side.
Litchfield resident Myles Webster, 22, has been charged with attempted murder. He is being held on $1 million cash bail.
