Police: Nashua man charged after Wednesday burglary
Nashua police said they arrested a city man on Wednesday after catching him at the scene of a burglary.
Police were called to a West Hollis Street address around 9 p.m. Wednesday for a burglary in progress. Patrol officers met with David Sequeira, 37, last known address of 3 Qunicy St., Apt. 2, Nashua, who was still on the scene, police said.
Detectives investigated briefly and arrested Sequeira about 30 minutes later, charging him with burglary, a Class B felony, police said.
Sequeira was held on $10,000 cash or surety bail pending his arraignment at Nashua district court on Thursday, police said.
The felony is punishable by up to seven years in prison, plus fines, police said.
