Eight charged with selling marijuana to Nashua-area high school students, police said.

NASHUA – Eight men are charged with selling marijuana to high school and college-age students in the city and nearby towns, police said.

None of the sales occurred on school property, police said.

Over the course of this week, city patrol officers arrested several suspects after investigations identified them as being involved in the sale of marijuana, police said.

The investigations were conducted by the Narcotics Intelligence Division over several months, police said.

Several suspects sold marijuana to high school students from Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack and Hollis, police said.

Concerned citizens provided valuable information that assisted in the investigation, police said.

Detectives executed several search warrants, seizing several pounds of marijuana, two vehicles, a motorcycle, a handgun and $116,000 in U.S. currency, police said.

Arrested were:

Joseph Falzone, 29, of 31 White Plains Drive, Nashua, on one count of drug enterprise leader, felony and two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, marijuana, felony.

Falzone’s bail was set at $100,000 cash only. Falzone was arraigned Tuesday in Nashua district court and is being held at the Valley Street jail in Manchester, police said.

Alec McLaughlin, 20, of 19 Salmon Brook Drive, Nashua, on one count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute, marijuana, felony. Mclaughlin’s bail was set at $100,000 cash or surety. McLaughlin was arraigned Tuesday, and is being held at Valley Street, police said.

Joshua Swabowicz, 19, of 24 Ponderosa Ave., Nashua, on two counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, felony and two counts of conspiracy to unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, felony.

Swabowicz’s bail was set at $25,000 cash or surety, police said. He was held at the Nashua Police Department and he was arraigned Thursday at Nashua district court, police said.

Iraj Parsa, 17, of 3 Quinton Drive, Nashua, on two counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, felony. Parsa was released on $15,000 cash or surety bail and will be arraigned April 17 at Nashua district court.

Ian Williams, 19, of 105 Spit Brook Road, Apartment 13B, Nashua, on three counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, felony. Williams’ bail was set at $25,000 cash or surety. He as held at the Nashua Police Department where he was arraigned Thursday at Nashua district court.

Jesse Humphrey, 20, of 5 Pulpit Place, Nashua, on three counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, felony.

Humphrey’s bail was set at $25,000 cash or surety and was held at the Nashua Police Department where he was arraigned Thursday at Nashua district court.

Joseph Pepin, 19, of 6 Winding Hollow Road, Hudson, on three counts of unlawful sale of a controlled drug, marijuana, second offense, felony. Pepin was released on $25,000 cash or surety bail and will be arraigned on April 17 at Nashua district court.

Kyle McLaughlin, 23, of 7 Cypress Lane, Apartment No. 4, Nashua, on one count of unlawful sale of controlled drug, marijuana, second offense, felony. McLaughlin’s bail was set at $15,000 cash or surety. He was held at the Nashua Police Department pending his arraignment Friday at Nashua district court.

Detectives expect to make more arrests soon.
