Teen nabbed for taking donation box at stroll

NASHUA – A juvenile was charged with running off with the YMCA donation box Saturday in the only arrest made at the Winter Holiday Stroll, police said.

Police working the stroll arrested the youth, a 15-year-old, and recovered the money, police said.

The youth faces charges of delinquent child theft by unauthorized taking and delinquent child simple assault, both misdemeanors, police said. The suspect’s name isn’t being released because of his age, police said.
