Tuesday snow ahead of expected storm

NASHUA – A brief disturbance is passing through Nashua bringing some light snowfall as it moves east.

“There’s a weak disturbance coming through producing snow showers, but it’s not looking like any real accumulation. It might be enough to whiten the ground,” Meteorologist at the National Weather Service in Gray, Maine Tom Hawley said.

He said Nashua might see some off and on snow showers over the next three hours or so.

“Most of it now looks to be in the east. It looks like it’s mostly over right now,” Hawley said.

The slight dusting of snow seen right now has nothing to do with tomorrow’s storm that could bring at least six inches of snow to most of the state.
