Nashua Police bust three for drugs

NASHUA – Police arrested three people allegedly involved in the drug trade, as part of the latest Granite Shield operation.

Granite Shield is the state-funded initiative that allows local law enforcement agencies to target drug dealer and combat the opioid addiction epidemic.

Police arrested David Steele, Dakota Carter and Paul Mangiafico as part of the investigation that culminated in Thursday’s arrests.

Steele, 30, of 11 Cottage Ave., is charged with felony possession of Adderall and heroin.

Carter, 24, of 3A Thomas St., is charged with the felony sale of heroin, second offense.

Mangiafico, 27, of 7 Ridge St., is charged with failure to appear in court on a prior drug arrest.
