Massachusetts Trooper Joseph Flynn acquitted of assault

NASHUA – A jury Thursday afternoon found Massachusetts State Trooper Joseph Flynn not guilty on both counts of assault by an on-duty law enforcement officer, bringing to an end a seven-day trial in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
