Court sides with Nashua School District vs. custodial union

NASHUA – The Supreme Court of New Hampshire sided with the Nashua School District in an appeal that the district committed an unfair labor practice by refusing to bargain with the Nashua Custodial/Janitorial Staff, or custodians union concerning the district’s plan to move toward privatization at the end of the term of the “collective bargaining agreement between the parties.”
