NASHUA – When he jumped from his cruiser and ran toward the battered truck at the end of Nashua’s Brigham Street following a two-state, 50-mile police pursuit last year, Massachusetts State Trooper Joseph Flynn saw several police officers surrounding a “non-compliant suspect” who, although lying on the ground, still presented a threat to the officers, Flynn said in court Tuesday.
