Trooper who threw first punch testifies in Flynn trial

NASHUA – As former New Hampshire State Trooper Andrew Monaco threw the initial “haymaker” punch at the side of Richard Simone’s head in May 2016, an act he said he does not even remember, his intent was to “punish (Simone) for what he’d just done.”
