Litchfield carbon monoxide victim identified as home’s owner

Photo by Jeffrey Hastings A Litchfield police cruiser remains parked outside of 22 Moose Hollow Road late Wednesday night as officials investigate the death of an unidentified man, apparently from carbon monoxide exposure. Another person was hospitalized.

LITCHFIELD – Local and state fire officials continue to investigate the circumstances that led to the carbon monoxide poisoning death of Litchfield resident Jamie Badeau, 40, whose body was found in his Moose Hollow Road home Wednesday evening.
