Hudson medical facility undergoing expansion

HUDSON – Construction began recently on a 3,600-square-foot expansion of Primary Care of Hudson, part of the Southern New Hampshire Health System, the parent company of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center. Opened in 2006, it houses Immediate Care of Southern New Hampshire, Southern New Hampshire Rehabilitation Services, and laboratory and radiology services.

Such sites for non-hospital and non-emergency services are growing in New Hampshire and the country as part of changes in the health care system largely designed to lower costs. ...
