Hollis police are looking for a driver who struck a bicyclist and fled the scene.

Police were called to the area of Depot Road and Merrill Lane a little after 9 a.m. Friday for a report of a bicyclist being hit by a car.

Officers determined that Regina Kozsan, 52, of Hollis, had been riding south on Depot Road at the intersection of Merrill Lane when a blue Toyota sedan heading north on Depot veered suddenly onto Merrill Lane, striking Kozsan with its right front quarter panel. The driver didn’t stop and was last seen heading north on Route 122, police said.

Kozsan was knocked off her bicycle and was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua with injuries that weren’t life-threatening, police said.

Anyone with information about the accident or the identity of the driver of a blue Toyota with damage to the front end and missing a hubcap on the right side is asked to call Hollis police at 465-7637.
