Nashua police charge three with selling heroin, cocaine

Nashua police have charged three Nashua residents with dealing heroin and cocaine in the city.

Nashua police have charged three Nashua residents with dealing heroin and cocaine in the city.

Based on investigations conducted by detectives in the Narcotics Intelligence Division initiated by information given to police by concerned residents, members of the Problem Oriented Policing Unit arrested Paul Overacker, Lindsey Miron and Hector Colon on Tuesday, police said.

Overacker, 37, of 73 Ash St., is charged with three counts of unlawful sale of narcotic drug – heroin and one count of possession of a prescription drug – Tramadol. He was held on $75,000 cash bail pending his arraignment Wednesday morning at Nashua district court, police said.

Lindsey Miron, 29, also of 73 Ash St., is charged with two counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug – heroin and has been convicted of a drug-related offense in the past. She was held on $50,000 cash bail pending her Wednesday arraignment, police said.

Colon, 28, of 13 Lock St., Apt. A, is charged with three counts of unlawful sale of a narcotic drug – cocaine, as well as operating after suspension. He was held on $75,000 cash bail pending his arraignment Wednesday, police said.
