Nashua police have charged a Merrimack man with stalking a woman.

Police said Jason Trythall, 31, of 10 King St., Merrimack, communicated with a women he knows who has a protection order against him around 1 p.m. Monday .

Because he was previously convicted of domestic violence stalking, Trythall was charged with felony-level stalking, police said.

Merrimack police arrested Trythall on Nashua’s warrant around 1:20 a.m. Tuesday at his home in Merrimack. Police there said Trythall resisted arrest, and they had to use a Taser on him before taking him into custody. He was charged with resisting arrest by Merrimack police and released to Nashua’s custody, police said.

Trythall was held at the Nashua Police Department without bail pending his arraignment at Nashua district court Tuesday, police said.
