Police: Man stole $6,000 worth of cologne from Abercrombie & Fitch

NASHUA – A Lawrence, Mass., man has been charged with allegedly stealing $6,000 worth of cologne from a Pheasant Lane Mall store.

Nashua police say that the Abercrombie & Fitch store at the mall reported two separate thefts in October 2012 of a total of 112 bottles of cologne, valued at $5,948.

On Sept. 16, 2013, the Nashua Police Department uniform operations bureau arrested Andy Rodriguez, 39, of 17 Thornton Ave., Apt. 3, Lawrence, Mass., on a warrant charging him with two counts of theft, a Class A Felony.

Rodriguez’s bail has been set at $10,000 cash or surety pending his arraignment at the Nashua District Court on Wednesday, Sept. 17.
