EMMA LU

Hi! I’m Emma Lu, lots of spunk in a small package. I’m young, only 2½ years old, and I’m ready to move into my new home where I can get spoiled rotten. I’m a very loyal gal once I’ve had a chance to get to know you, and I’m a one-person kind of dog. That means I will be the best, most faithful sidekick in town! I need to live in a quiet home with adults only who will give me time to settle into my new surroundings. I’m not too active, and though I enjoy going on walks, my favorite thing is cuddling up in the lap of my favorite person. If you are looking for a companion who will love you forever, then I’m your girl!

MAMA

I’m as sweet as the day is long, and I’m here at the shelter quietly waiting for someone to fall in love with my sophisticated and eloquent style. I prefer my days to be quiet and peaceful, filled with the company of my friends and a soft bed to enjoy my naps on. My days of roughhousing with children are behind me, and I would prefer an adult-only home. I’ve traded climbing the curtains for enjoying a nice nap in the sunshine that streams through a window. I love to be read to and have your soft attention, but won’t be too demanding of your time, as I’m pretty independent. If you have a spot in your heart and a comfy place in your house for a mature, well-rounded lady, please come by to meet me today.

CHER

Cher is an energetic, 25-pound, 6-month-old German shepherd/Jack Russell terrier mix. We estimate she will be medium size when mature. She is super-sweet and friendly. She loves the water and playing with her toys. She knows her name and comes when she is called. She is great with other dogs and kids. Cher is crate-trained and enjoys learning new skills. She is a fun-loving puppy who would be a great addition to any active family who will welcome her in their daily activities. Puppies, though lots of fun to play with, need daily socialization and training to grow up to be good canine citizens. Cher would prefer a home where she isn’t left alone all day so she will get the proper guidance in her formative years. If you are looking for a spunky and intelligent companion, please ask to meet Cher!

Hours are by appointment only. For more information, visit www.arnne.org, email info@arnne.org or call 233-4801. Meet our adoptable pets at our monthly Pet Adoption Day at the Pelham Congregational Church, 3 Main St. The next one is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Sept. 27.
