FESTUS

Here I am! I’m Festus, lots of fun in a funny package. I’m only 2 years old and have a cute little face to match my spunky personality. I would do best in a home with older kids and adults who are active and could keep up with my rough-and-tumble play style. I like everyone I meet, and have lots of fun playing with other dogs, too. If you have a pup looking for a buddy to romp around the yard with, then I’m your guy! Don’t worry, after a busy day of adventures, I’m so happy to cuddle up, and I really hope you’ll let me the lap dog I think I am. I hope to meet you soon!

TAJ

Hey, there! I’m Taj, and I’m a young guy at only 5 years old. I came to the HSFN when my owner died, and I’m hoping to meet my new family really soon. I’m goofy, and I bet you would never guess my favorite thing to play with – my water dish! I know it sounds crazy since I’m a kitty, but I really love to play and roll around in water! What can I say? I’m a character! I’m a friendly guy who will seek out attention from my favorite people, but will also make sure that I let you know when I’ve had enough. Come meet me, learn more about how I’ll fit into your home, and fall in love with my silly antics and handsome looks!

LINDA

Are you looking for a loving, faithful and resilient canine to add to your family? Linda deserves to be at the top of you “must see” list! Linda is a unique 2-year-old Doberman/Rottweiler cross weighing 65 pounds. Her sweet and charming temperament endeared her to staff at a high-kill shelter, and saved her life and those of the 10 puppies she delivered! Linda endured delicate eye surgery to correct prolapsed “third” eyelids. Despite her hard life, Linda remains happy and affectionate. She knows basic obedience, walks politely on leash and has begun crate training. Linda loves to play with all dogs, sunbathe, fetch and explore the woods. Foster homes are full. Linda sadly finds herself in yet another lonely shelter. While Linda more closely resembles a Rottweiler, her heart is that of a Great Dane because she has room for everyone in her heart, dogs and people alike.

Hours are by appointment only. For more information, visit www.arnne.org, email info@arnne.org or call 233-4801. Meet our adoptable pets at our monthly Pet Adoption Day at the Pelham Congregational Church, 3 Main St. The next one is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. June 28.
