HUDSON – Police say a New York man was arrested Friday on Lowell Road after reports of a disturbance inside a moving vehicle.

Gabriel Young, 26, of Yonkers, N.Y., was taken into custody for operating a motor vehicle without a license, a misdemeanor, and receiving stolen property, a Class A felony, as a result of an investigation by the Hudson Police Department.

Young’s bail was set at $100,000 cash or surety bail, and he is scheduled for a Sept. 6 arraignment in a Nashua courtroom.

Hudson officers reported around 4 p.m. they responded to the area around Tire Warehouse for a disturbance between a male driver and female passenger inside a moving car after witnesses called saying the passenger was attempting to exit the car as it was moving.

Officers located them both behind 8 Executive Drive and identified the suspect as Young. During the course of the investigation, Hudson officers say Young was found in possession of several forged or cloned credit cards.

Young is being held at the Valley Street jail in Manchester.

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges may be forthcoming. Hudson police say the activity may be similar to that of Felony Lane Gang.
