State rejects Antrim wind farm - I think this is the first such rejection that NH has seen

The Union-Leader reports that the state Site Evaluation Committee has turned down plans for a 30-turbine wind farm near Antrim, citing location (too close to Willard Pond Wildlife Sanctuary) and size.
I believe this is the firm time that a wind farm has been rejected by this group, which must OK sites of at least 25 MW output. (I'm not absolutely sure about that, to be honest, but I can't find any others that were turned down.) I wonder if this is a start of an official pushback against ridgetop wind farms, or just a one-time anomaly.
