A pre-Batman-on-TV Batmobile was made in New Hampshire, to promote ice cream (ice cream?!?)

Almost 50 years ago, a man was driving a "Batmobile" around New England to promote Batman and Robin ice cream. The car, which looks nothing like the TV version but is a real head-turner on the highway, is for sale in Florida. Considerable restoration is necessary.
Here's the eBay listing. From the description:
This car was hand built by a gentleman in New Hampshire, as stated, from 1961 to 1963 in his garage. He bought a mid 1950s rolling Oldsmobile chassis, then preceded to build his own fiberglass mold, and pull this body off as a plug! The 2 flat tails look like that of a 1959 Chevy. For the windshield he used a mid 1950’s Buick one turned upside down!
(IT was used for) driving around New England in 1964 and 1965 promoting All Star Dairies Batman and Robin milk, ice cream and fruit drinks, which were licensed by D.C. Comics.
Hat tip to my brother, who recognizes entertainingly funky stuff when he sees it.
