Self-driving cars, Facebook passwords, atomic energy; interesting stuff in proposed NH bills

As I noted last week, my Telegraph column this week is about geeky stuff in proposed N.H. Statehouse bills. Topics include:

  1. Establishing a committee to study the use of autonomous vehicles in N.H.
  2. Relative to the use of open source software by state agencies.
  3. Prohibiting an employer from requiring an employee or prospective employee to disclose social media passwords
  4. Requiring consent prior to the installation of smart meters

Sounds groovy? Check out the column!
