Mark your calendars: New England UFO conference coming to Leominster, Mass., in October

Press release of the day, presented without further comment:

The First New England UFO Conference and will take place on Saturday, October 26, 2013 in Leominster, Massachusetts. The event will be held in the John R. Tata auditorium at the Leominster Municipal Building (City Hall) at 25 West Street from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Leominster is the birthplace of UFO abductee Betty Andreasson. Betty then moved to South Ashburnham, Mass. where the remainder of her experiences took place prompting the publishing of several books on the case by UFO investigator Raymond E Fowler. Leominster is also the hometown of former Air Force Security Officer Steve LaPlume who was involved in the now-famous Rendlesham Forest Incident in late December of 1980 prompting the publishing of the bestseller Left at East Gate, by conference speaker Peter Robbins.

In addition, world renowned lecturers and authors Stanton Friedman and Kathleen Marden will round out the speakers list. The recent addition of MUFON Chief Photo/Video Analyst Marc D'Antonio to the list will enhance the event for an added twist.
